Sports Mole rounds up Saturday's action in the Scottish Premier League.

In the day's early Scottish Premier League kickoff, St Johnstone moved within a point of the European places with a 1-0 win over Inverness Caledonian Thistle.

Steve MacLean scored the only goal against 10-man Inverness to ensure the race for European places goes right to the wire.

In Edinburgh, Hibernian and St Mirren played out an entertaining 3-3 draw, as the visitors twice came from behind before taking a late lead through Paul McGowan.

Hibs snatched a draw, though, when Leigh Griffiths got his second of the day two minutes from the end.

An early Niall McGinn goal was enough to see Aberdeen take all three points against Kilmarnock, leapfrogging them in the process.

At the bottom, Dundee picked up only their fourth home win of the season as Ryan Conroy's late goal saw them beat 10-man Hearts 1-0.

Substitute Nicky Riley was sent off for the hosts in the final minutes, but Dundee were able to hang on.

Results in full: St Jonhstone 1-0 Inverness Caledonian Thistle, Aberdeen 1-0 Kilmarnock, Dundee 1-0 Hearts, Hibernian 3-3 St Mirren
