Jon Nolan, Aristote Nsiala 'to reunite with Paul Hurst at Ipswich Town'

Shrewsbury Town midfielder Jon Nolan and defender Aristote Nsiala are reportedly close to reuniting with former boss Paul Hurst at Ipswich Town.

Ipswich Town are reportedly close to getting a double deal over the line for Shrewsbury Town pair Jon Nolan and Aristote Nsiala.

The two men are well known to Town boss Paul Hurst, who himself made the switch from New Meadow to replace Mick McCarthy earlier this summer.

According to the Shropshire Star, Shrewsbury have accepted Ipswich's latest bid for the duo after previously telling the Tractor Boys to up their offer.

English midfielder Nolan and Congolese defender Nsiala are believed to have had medicals arranged, with personal terms being agreed over the weekend.

Shrewsbury, meanwhile, will supposedly move for Lincoln City's Luke Waterfall as a replacement for Nolan.
