Saturday's Serie A predictions including Fiorentina vs. Juventus

Sports Mole provides score predictions and previews for all of today's Serie A fixtures, including Fiorentina vs. Juventus.

Genoa vs. Bologna (Saturday, 4.15pm)

With their relegation sealed last weekend, Genoa host their final Serie A fixture for at least a year when they welcome mid-table Bologna to Stadio Luigi Ferraris.

A crushing defeat to Napoli sealed the Grifone's fate - sending them down to the second tier for the first time in 15 years - and they have only pride left to play for on the final day.

We say: Genoa 2-1 Bologna

Up against one of Serie A's weakest away sides this season - Bologna have picked up just three wins and averaged less than a point per game on the road - Genoa can sign off with a rare victory.

The visitors cannot be caught from behind in the standings, so should end a satisfactory campaign 13th, and can then plan for next season in the top flight - unlike their unfortunate hosts.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

Atalanta vs. Empoli (Saturday, 7.45pm)

Their hopes of European football dangling by the thinnest of threads, Atalanta BC aim to end a difficult season in style, as they host mid-table Empoli on Saturday evening.

Having endured a tough time at their Bergamo headquarters this term, the hosts need points to challenge Fiorentina and Roma for a top-six finish, while their Tuscan visitors are glad to have secured Serie A survival despite an awful year to date.

We say: Atalanta BC 1-0 Empoli

With Atalanta's ability to capitalise on home advantage still questionable, and their visitors having gone so long without away success, it may not be a fluent affair in front of some disgruntled Bergamaschi fans.

However, the hosts' need for the points is far greater, and they can edge out Empoli due to the options available to Gasperini from the bench if the outcome remains undecided in the closing stages.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 2.5 goals.

Fiorentina vs. Juventus (Saturday, 7.45pm)

Destined to conclude a disappointing season trophyless, Juventus travel to Stadio Artemio Franchi on the final day of their Serie A campaign, as they meet a Fiorentina side needing points to qualify for Europe.

While Juve conceded a stoppage-time equaliser to Lazio last time out, and are consigned to fourth place, the Viola are faltering towards the finish line and have already lost to their old rivals three times this term.

We say: Fiorentina 1-1 Juventus

Fiorentina can end their losing streak against Juventus by taking a point from Saturday's Serie A finale, but that may not be enough to secure European football - their fate depending on what transpires elsewhere.

A season of toil and trouble for Juve finally comes to an end, and they may not be entirely focused on football matters this week, ahead of further upheaval at the club.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

Lazio vs. Hellas Verona (Saturday, 7.45pm)

Already guaranteed a European place after events earlier this week, Lazio can relax and enjoy the final match of their Serie A campaign, as they welcome Hellas Verona to Stadio Olimpico on Saturday.

The Biancocelesti bagged a late equaliser in Turin to edge over the line - securing a top-six finish - while their visitors are still in need of points to seal a top-half placing.

We say: Lazio 3-2 Hellas Verona

Neither side is particularly secure at the back, with both Tudor and Sarri espousing attack-first philosophies, so an entertaining evening could be in store.

As the stakes are relatively low, a carefree attitude is likely to result in goals for both teams, but Lazio never know when they are beaten and can come back to win even if they go behind.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.
