Leeds United are reportedly in advanced talks with Juventus to sign Frederik Sorensen.
Is it believed that the 22-year-old is viewed as an ideal replacement for centre-back Tom Lees, who recently joined Sheffield Wednesday.
Having been in dialogue with their Italian counterparts for the past few days, Leeds are hopeful that the Dane will arrive at Elland Road on a season-long loan basis before Saturday's opening match of the Championship season against Millwall, according to the Yorkshire Evening Post.
Sorensen joined Juve in 2010, but he has spent the previous two seasons on loan with Bologna.
