Jose Enrique wants Liverpool to go into the FA Cup final having beaten Fulham.

Liverpool defender Jose Enrique has urged his teammates to build confidence ahead of the FA Cup this weekend.

The Reds host Fulham at Anfield on Tuesday night in their last Premier League match before they face Chelsea at Wembley on Saturday, and Enrique is hoping that his side can go into the final off the back of a win.

"We have to beat Fulham first before we think about the cup final," said Enrique.

"I know we aren't playing for anything in the league but it's important for us to get three points to get some confidence ahead of the final.

"It's a home game and we want to do well. Then we have an amazing final to prepare for."

Liverpool have struggled at home this season, winning just five games at Anfield which has contributed to them sitting eighth in the table, just three points ahead of Fulham.
