Liverpool midfielder Jordan Henderson has backed summer signing James Milner to make a big impact at the club.
The 29-year-old England international joined the Reds on a free transfer from Manchester City last month.
Henderson believes that Milner's experience in the Premier League will serve a new-look Liverpool side well next season.
"Everybody knows about Milner; he possesses so much quality and experience. He'll give everything he's got every single time he puts on the shirt," Henderson told the club's official website.
"That's a really good signing for us; people like him can have a huge impact. For what he's achieved in his career, he'll be outstanding for us in that sense, and his quality as well."
Liverpool get their Premier League campaign underway at Stoke City on August 9.
