Liverpool goalkeeper Adrian is reportedly set to extend his stay at Anfield with a new one-year contract.
The 34-year-old had attracted the interest of La Liga side Real Betis but it is believed that the Spaniard is willing to continue as Alisson Becker's understudy.
During Alisson's injury absence earlier in the season, Adrian did lose his starting place to Caoimhin Kelleher for a run of games in December, however Jurgen Klopp is reportedly prepared to let the 22-year-old go out on loan next season.
According to the Daily Mail, Adrian will accept a one-year contract extension with the Reds, as his current deal is due to expire at the end of this month.
The second-choice keeper for Liverpool has only featured six times for Klopp this season, with three appearances coming in the Premier League, two in the EFL Cup and one in the Champions League.
In total, since Adrian's arrival on Merseyside from West Ham in 2019, the goalkeeper has made 24 appearances for the club.
