Luis Suarez will reportedly refuse to apologise to his Liverpool teammates, despite calls do to so by his manager Brendan Rodgers.

Want-away Liverpool striker Luis Suarez will refuse to apologise to the club as he continues to try and engineer a move away from the club, according to reports.

Suarez has openly stated that he wants to leave the Merseyside club, but Liverpool owner John Henry is adamant that Suarez will not be sold this summer.

Brendan Rodgers has recently called upon Suarez to apologise to the club for his behaviour as he trains with the reserve squad.

However, Sky Sports reports that the Uruguayan striker's stance has not changed and that he will refuse to apologise, with Arsenal waiting in the wings should Liverpool decide to sell.

Suarez was Liverpool's top scorer last season and finished with 23 league goals.
