Liverpool winger Lazar Markovic has reportedly emerged as a transfer target for Club America.
The Merseyside giants are eager to part ways with Markovic, who has been out of favour with Jurgen Klopp for the majority of the German's time at Anfield.
Clubs from a number of different European leagues have been linked with an approach for the 24-year-old, but according to ESPN, Mexican outfit Club America are ready to enter the race for the player's signature.
Markovic has less than six months remaining on his contract, and that could lead to Liverpool being prepared to accept a cut-price offer or a loan deal.
The Serbian's last first-team outing for Liverpool came in May 2015.
