Steve Kean says that his side are ready to capitalise on Manchester City's state of uncertainty.

Blackburn boss Steve Kean has said that his side are ready to capitalise on any "uncertainty" in the Manchester City dressing room.

City lost 2-0 to Bayern Munich in midweek in a match marred by controversy after Carlos Tevez allegedly refused to come on as a substitute.

The 27-year-old has since been suspended, and Kean insists that his side are prepared to pounce on any frailties at the club.

"I saw they had lots of difficulty in the game, the aggression and tempo of Bayern and then something like that happens, it can rock the dressing room," Kean told reporters.

"If there is an uncertainty, we'll be looking to get on it early on.

"We're going to go out and attempt to adopt a style we had against Arsenal, which is being aggressive, getting on the front foot and getting amongst them. Even before that distraction if you go to Bayern and come back with a result like that, it can help."

Blackburn are currently in the relegation zone, having taken four points from six games this season.
