Roberto Mancini 'refuses to answer questions on Manchester City future'

Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini reportedly refuses to comment on questions regarding his uncertain future at the club.

Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini has reportedly refused to be drawn on questions regarding his future at the club.

Widespread reports have suggested that the Italian could be on his way out of the club a year after winning the Premier League title following Saturday's FA Cup final defeat to Wigan Athletic.

While Malaga coach Manuel Pellegrini has already been tipped to replace the 48-year-old, the Chilean boss has denied reports that he has agreed to move to the Etihad Stadium.

Today City are training at Queens Park Rangers' ground Loftus Road ahead of their clash against Reading this weekend. Upon arrival, Mancini was probed on his future but offered no comment to the speculation, according to BBC Sport's Richard Conway.

The former English champions have yet to make any official comment on the rumours.
