Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez is reportedly seeking an apology from manager Roberto Mancini after the club said that the Argentine would face disciplinary action for breach of contract.
Tevez is alleged to have refused to come off the bench during City's Champions League match against Bayern Munich last month.
The 27-year-old is apparently sticking to his story that there was a misunderstanding on the bench at the time and is willing to fight the club's findings after an internal investigation.
The player will return to training today (Thursday) after he served an initial two-week suspension.
