Frank Lampard ends his Manchester City career as captain as they host Southampton in the Premier League.

Frank Lampard will conclude his Manchester City career as captain as they host Southampton on the final day of the Premier League season.

The former Chelsea midfielder will leave the Etihad Stadium this summer for New York City FC, and manager Manuel Pellegrini has handed the armband to the veteran as he starts alongside Fernandinho and James Milner.

Sergio Aguero continues up top for City, who remain unchanged from the side that beat Swansea City 4-2 last week.

Meanwhile, Kelvin Davis returns in goal for his 300th appearance for the visiting Saints, while Filip Djuricic replaces James Ward-Prowse.

Sadio Mane, who scored the quickest hat-trick in Premier League history against Aston Villa last week, continues alongside Graziano Pelle and Shane Long up top.
