Barcelona have supposedly reached an agreement in principle to sign Ferran Torres from Manchester City next year.
The Spain international is expected to remain sidelined with a foot fracture until 2022 as La Blaugrana aim to bolster their attacking ranks in January.
Barca vice president Rafael Yuste recently confirmed that his side are interested in signing Torres, who is under contract at Man City until the summer of 2025.
Now, Sport claims that Torres has already agreed to join Barcelona next summer, and it is now up to the Catalan giants to negotiate a fee with Man City.
The report adds that Barca spoke with the attacker's agent during Monday's Ballon d'Or ceremony, but the club are prepared for "long" negotiations with the Premier League champions.
Torres scored two goals and set up two more in four Premier League appearances for City earlier this season before suffering his injury at the Nations League Finals.
