Brahim Diaz 'could join Real Madrid'

Manchester City attacker Brahim Diaz could join Real Madrid next summer, according to a report.

Manchester City attacker Brahim Diaz could reportedly join Real Madrid on a free transfer at the end of the season.

The 19-year-old joined City from Malaga in 2016 and has made 13 first-team appearances for the Citizens.

Diaz will see his current deal with the Premier League champions expire in June 2019, and according to The Times, he is currently refusing to sign a new contract due to concerns over playing time.

The same report claims that the Spaniard could now move to the Bernabeu at the end of the season, with the possibility of signing a pre-contract with the La Liga giants at the start of 2019.

Versatile attacker Diaz, who has represented Spain at Under-17, Under-19 and Under-21 levels, has not made a Premier League appearance for City this season.
