Manchester City reportedly had scouts in attendance during Holland's 3-2 loss to France on Friday evening.
According to The People, the player that was the main focus of City's attention was left-back Jetro Willems.
The report adds that the Citizens have monitored the 21-year-old, who currently plays his club football for PSV Eindhoven, for some time.
Aleksandar Kolarov and Gael Clichy are City's current left-backs, but both have been linked with moves away from the Etihad Stadium during the summer.
Willems has made almost 150 appearances for PSV since making his debut in 2011.
