Kolo Toure expects that he will be a Manchester City player next season, according to his agent.
Saif Rubie said that talk of a move to Turkish side Bursaspor earlier this week is premature.
Rubie told Sky Sports News: "I am aware of interest from Turkey in Kolo, but talk of a move being close is very much wide of the mark.
"Naturally there is a lot of interest in a top player like Kolo, but there is nothing definite at the minute and he is only thinking about next season."
The 31-year-old has struggled to gain a first-team place since returning from a six-month ban for failing a drugs test.
The Ivory Coast international, who joined City in 2009 from Arsenal, is approaching a decade in the Premier League.
