Javier Zanetti: 'Inter Milan will do everything possible to sign Yaya Toure'

Inter Milan legend and vice-president Javier Zanetti claims that the Nerazzurri will pull out all the stops to bring Yaya Toure to San Siro.

Javier Zanetti has claimed that Inter Milan will pull out all the stops to bring Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure to San Siro.

The 31-year-old has been heavily linked with a move to the Nerazzurri in recent months and manager Roberto Mancini has openly admitted that he would be interested in signing him.

Zanetti, Inter's vice-president, is quoted by the Daily Star as saying: "[Toure] is a world-class player. We are talking about a great champion who Mancini knows well.

"We must respect certain parameters but we will do everything possible to make him happy within those parameters."

Toure joined Man City from Barcelona in 2010.
