Manchester United will have Brazilian midfielder Fred available for Tuesday's Premier League clash with Brighton & Hove Albion.

Manchester United will have Fred available for selection in Tuesday's Premier League clash with Brighton & Hove Albion at Old Trafford.

The Brazil international has recently been absent due to a positive COVID-19 test, but he is now back in training and will be in the squad against Graham Potter's side.

Forward Edinson Cavani and central midfielder Nemanja Matic, though, are still out with groin and shin problems respectively.

"Fred will be available again. He'll also be part of the group for tomorrow. Edinson is still out, the same with Nema. The rest is, well, Alex [Telles] is back again in the squad and already was part of the group for the Southampton game and he will also be available," Rangnick told reporters.

Eric Bailly is also still on the sidelines with an ankle injury, while Mason Greenwood remains unavailable for selection due to a club suspension.

Man United have drawn their last two Premier League matches against Burnley and Southampton 1-1, but a win on Tuesday would see them return to fourth position in the table ahead of West Ham United.
