Manchester United have provided a positive update on Leny Yoro's injury recovery.
The Red Devils beat Real Madrid to Yoro's signature in the summer transfer window, with the defender arriving from Lille for an initial €62m (£52.2m) fee.
Unfortunately for Yoro, he is still waiting to make his Man United debut after fracturing the fifth metatarsal in his left foot in the club's pre-season tour of the USA.
Man United confirmed the 18-year-old defender would be out for around three months after undergoing foot surgery in the summer.
As a result, Man United boss Erik ten Hag has been unable to call upon Yoro for the 12 competitive games of the 2024-25 season.

Man United provide positive Yoro update
While Yoro is still some way off from a return to action, Man United have revealed that he has progressed to the 'next phase' of his recovery.
The Red Devils shared photos on their club website of Yoro working out on the grass for the first time in his rehabilitation from foot surgery.
The club said: "Our no.15 has now progressed to the next phase in the process, as the photographs above document his first day back out on the grass at our Carrington base.
"Leny was also put through his paces in the gym on Thursday, under the watchful eye of our medical staff. There is plenty of work still to do for the centre-back, and he will begin the transition to group training when he is ready."
"A competitive debut for the Reds is not imminent, but it's really positive to see our summer signing reach this stage of his recovery."

When could Yoro return to action?
The former Lille defender is not expected to feature before the next international break, and he is unlikely to play too much competitive football in November.
Yoro has reportedly told friends that he wants to return in time to feature in Man United's Premier League away clash with Arsenal on December.
The teenager is not the only Man United defender on the sidelines, with Ten Hag unable to call upon Harry Maguire, Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia.
At the moment, the Man United boss currently has Matthijs de Ligt, Lisandro Martinez, Jonny Evans and Victor Lindelof as his central defensive options.
