Dimitar Berbatov is injured during Manchester United's pre-season tour of the USA.

Dimitar Berbatov has picked up an ankle injury during Manchester United's pre-season tour of the USA.

The Bulgarian's injury, which happened in training, has been described as 'a knock'.

However, manager Sir Alex Ferguson will not risk the striker in United's next game against Seattle Sounders.

The Red Devils conclude their tour of the States with games against Chicago Fire and the MLS All-Stars, who will feature Thierry Henry and former Manchester United midfielder David Beckham.
