Michael Carrick says that the Premier League title is still within reach for Manchester United.

Michael Carrick has said that the Premier League title is still within reach for Manchester United.

United topped the table briefly on Sunday after their 2-0 win over Queens Park Rangers, only for Manchester City to regain their lead later in the day with their 1-0 victory over Arsenal.

"People have been writing us off but we are looking strong and we are happy with the way we are going," Carrick said.

"There is still a long way to go."

United trail local rivals City by two points.
