Sports Mole provides score predictions and previews for all of today's Premier League fixtures, including Manchester United vs. Liverpool.

Three weeks on from butting heads in an engrossing FA Cup quarter-final, long-time adversaries Manchester United and Liverpool cross paths once again on Sunday, squaring off at Old Trafford in the Premier League.

Erik ten Hag's men prevailed 4-3 when the two behemoths locked horns in a knockout setting, but the Red Devils astonishingly found themselves on the wrong end of such a seven-goal scoreline in midweek.

We say: Manchester United 1-3 Liverpool

Liverpool's aversion to keeping clean sheets should spell optimism for a Man United side who have already put four past the Reds in 2024, although the expected return of Endo could do wonders for the visitors' defensive prospects against their equally jaded opponents.

The psychological trauma from Thursday's crushing defeat may not have fully worn off for Ten Hag's troops either, and while neither goalkeeper should depart with a clean sheet, we have faith in Klopp's men to capitalise on their hosts' ravaged defensive ranks to stay in control of the title race.

Sheff Utd vs. Chelsea (Sunday, 5.30pm)

Riding high on cloud nine thanks to Thursday's unbelievable triumph, Chelsea hit the road on Sunday to face Premier League cellar dwellers Sheffield United at Bramall Lane.

While the Blues came from behind in remarkable circumstances to beat Manchester United 4-3 in midweek, the Blades' courageous efforts against Liverpool were in vain in a 3-1 loss.

We say: Sheffield United 1-3 Chelsea

Chelsea have consistently served up a goalmouth treat in recent weeks, and Sunday's tale should be no different, given the Blues' propensity to allow goals on the road and Sheffield United's well-documented Bramall Lane vulnerabilities.

Wilder's men gave Liverpool an excellent run for their money in midweek, but a fired-up Chelsea should not cut the same lethargic figures that the Reds did, so we can only back Pochettino's men to make it back-to-back triumphs.

Spurs vs. Nott'm Forest (Sunday, 6.00pm)

A North London reunion awaits Nottingham Forest head coach Nuno Espirito Santo on Sunday, as his Tricky Trees side pit their wits against Tottenham Hotspur in the capital.

The visitors head south on the back of a stellar 3-1 beating of Fulham in midweek, while the Lilywhites dropped two more points in the race for fourth as they were held by West Ham United.

We say: Tottenham Hotspur 3-1 Nottingham Forest

Tottenham and clean sheets at home do not go hand in hand, offering a reinvigorated Nottingham Forest a glimmer of hope as Santo bids to earn a small measure of revenge, but we can only envisage a familiar pattern being followed again.

Even if the visitors can subject Postecoglou's men to more first-half misery, Spurs have five come-from-behind home wins under their belt this season, and an in-form Johnson can haunt his old employers to help keep Spurs in control of the chase for fourth.
