Manchester United are missing Marcus Rashford for Saturday's Premier League clash against Bournemouth, with the forward unavailable through illness.

Manchester United are missing Marcus Rashford for Saturday's Premier League clash against Bournemouth, with Antony, Anthony Martial and Jadon Sancho again featuring as the front three.

Rashford was absent against Wolverhampton Wanderers last weekend due to a leg injury, but he was back in training on Wednesday and had been expected to feature against the Cherries.

However, the England international was taken ill ahead of the match, and he will therefore not be involved.

The Red Devils are unchanged from the win over Wolves, with Raphael Varane fit to start for the second time since returning from injury, while Aaron Wan-Bissaka continues at right-back over Diogo Dalot.

There is a spot on the bench for Scott McTominay, meanwhile, with the Scotland international available to return after a spell on the sidelines with an unspecified issue.

Alejandro Garnacho came off the bench to score against Wolves last weekend, and the youngster is again among the substitutes for the 20-time English champions on Saturday afternoon.

Harry Maguire is also on the bench amid the ongoing speculation surrounding his future.

As for Bournemouth, the headline team news involves David Brooks, who makes his first start since September 2021, with the attacker recently recovering from cancer.

Lewis Cook, Adam Smith, Jaidon Anthony and Marcos Senesi also come into the XI, with Chris Mepham, Dango Ouattara, Joe Rothwell and Matias Vina dropping down to the bench following the defeat to Crystal Palace.

Dominic Solanke will again lead the line for the home side, who are currently 14th in the table. Man United are fourth, meanwhile, one point clear of fifth-placed Liverpool, who have played a game more than Erik ten Hag's side.

Bournemouth: Neto; Zabarnyi, Senesi, Kelly; Smith, Cook, Lerma, Anthony; Christie, Brooks; Solanke
