Everton defender Leighton Baines will reportedly sign a new deal at the club if Manchester United fail to meet the Toffees' valuation before the start of the season.
The Red Devils have been long-term suitors of the England international and are already believed to have had a bid rejected for the 28-year-old.
David Moyes's side are poised to return with another bid, but if the valuation of £18m is not met, then Baines is prepared to commit his future to the Toffees, reports The People.
Baines joined Everton from Wigan Athletic in 2007.
