Barcelona are reportedly confident that they will be able to complete the £100m signing of Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford.

Barcelona have reportedly maintained their interest in pushing through a deal for Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford.

The England international has progressed through the youth setup to establish himself as a key man at Old Trafford, but the attacker's future at the club remains in doubt.

Negotiations regarding a new contract continue to take place, but according to The Sun, Barcelona are ready to take advantage of any breakdown in talks.

Rashford is effectively tied to United until the end of the 2020-21 campaign, but the Premier League giants are unlikely to take any risks when it comes to the player being in a position to leave on a free transfer.

Barcelona are allegedly prepared to pay in the region of £100m as they attempt to secure a long-term replacement for Luis Suarez.

The 21-year-old has scored 13 times from 44 appearances in all competitions this season.
