Former Liverpool and Manchester United midfielder Paul Ince remains quiet on Thomas Ince's future.

Former Liverpool and Manchester United midfielder Paul Ince has refused to reveal whether his son Thomas Ince will depart Blackpool in January.

The 20-year-old began his professional career at Liverpool, but moved to Blackpool in 2011 in search of regular first-team football.

The attacker has impressed since making the move and has scored six goals in seven games for the Seasiders this season.

Manchester United have been strongly linked with a move, but Ince told EPSN that he is keen for his son to "develop as a player" before leaving the Championship club.

Ince has three Under-21 England caps to his name.
