Manchester United have reportedly not given hope of securing the services of Juventus midfielder Arturo Vidal.
The Red Devils were linked with the Chile international throughout the summer, but he ended up remaining with the Italian champions.
However, following a recent altercation in a nightclub - for which he was fined by the club - the Daily Mail has claimed that the 27-year-old has grown restless in Turin and may be pursued again by United manager Louis van Gaal.
Any move for Vidal could depend on the future of United playmaker Juan Mata. Speculation in the Italian media today has claimed that the Spaniard is a January target of Juve and consequently an exchange deal has been mooted.
