Manchester United have reportedly decided to offer four of the club's younger players new contracts.
David de Gea, Danny Welbeck, Tom Cleverley and Phil Jones could all be in line for new deals, according to the Daily Mail, and the latter's representatives are rumoured to have already been in talks with the club in recent weeks.
Welbeck has two years remaining on his current contract, but David Moyes is reportedly keen to keep the 23-year-old has he looks for a big improvement from his side following a difficult start to his reign as manager.
Despite the disappointments suffered in the current campaign, De Gea has won praise for his displays, and is expected to be rewarded with improved terms on a longer deal.
Cleverley, who was recently linked with a move to Everton, is believed to be highly rated by Moyes, and the club are willing to extend his stay at Old Trafford as he prepares to enter the final year of his contract.
