Manchester United tell Anderson he can leave?

Manchester United manager David Moyes reportedly tells midfielder Anderson that he can leave the club in the January transfer window.

Manchester United manager David Moyes has reportedly decided to sell midfielder Anderson in the next transfer window.

The 25-year-old's future has been in question since Moyes took over from Sir Alex Ferguson in the summer due to the Brazilian making just four appearances so far this season.

It is understood that Moyes has told the player that he can leave Old Trafford in January, with the club willing to accept a bid of around £8m for him, according to the Daily Star.

Anderson moved to the North-West outfit from Porto in 2007.
