Report: Everton in hunt for Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey

Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey will reportedly be offered wages of £150,000 a week, on top of a £15m signing-on fee, to join Everton next summer.

Everton have reportedly been added to the growing list of sides hoping to sign Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey on a free contract at the end of the season.

The Wales international all but confirmed last week that he will leave the Emirates Stadium when his existing deal expires next summer, as the Gunners reluctantly pulled out of negotiations over fresh terms.

Ramsey appears to have a pick of clubs both in England and abroad, with Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester United among the Premier League sides to have been linked, while Juventus and AC Milan are also rumoured to be in the running to land his signature.

According to The Sun, Everton also fancy their chances of signing the 27-year-old as they are prepared to offer him a £15m signing-on fee, as well as wages of £150,000 a week.

Everton director of football Marcel Brands is said to be putting the package together for Ramsey, whom the Toffees want to tie down for five years.
