Report: Manchester United line up Sami Khedira and Angel di Maria swoop

Manchester United reportedly line up Real Madrid pair Angel di Maria and Sami Khedira.

Manchester United are reportedly preparing to raid Real Madrid for Sami Khedira and Angel di Maria when the transfer window opens in January.

United are readying a double swoop to the tune of £53m for the Madrid duo, according to The Express.

Phil Neville was reportedly at a recent game in Madrid running the rule over the pair, with United boss David Moyes understood to have singled out Germany international midfielder Khedira as his number one priority.

However, Moyes is also keen on Argentina winger Di Maria, and a New Year offer could be forthcoming from the Red Devils.
