Sergio Ramos will reportedly sign a new long-term contract with Real Madrid later this week, bringing to an end Manchester United's interest.
The Spanish international has been continually linked with a move to Old Trafford this summer after becoming increasingly frustrated with his contract situation at the Bernabeu.
The saga has had a number of twists and turns, with a report last week claiming that the 29-year-old had rejected yet another offer.
However, according to Cuatro, Ramos will sign a new five-year contract at the Bernabeu later this week.
It is understood that Ramos's new salary will put him on the same weekly wage as Cristiano Ronaldo, who is currently the highest earner at the Bernabeu.
