Germany boss Joachim Low has revealed that Bastian Schweinsteiger will discuss his Manchester United future with manager Jose Mourinho after Euro 2016.
The 31-year-old has spent one season at Old Trafford, but he struggled with injury during the campaign under former boss Louis van Gaal.
There have been reports that Mourinho is willing to offload the World Cup winner, but Low has claimed that the midfielder is "relaxed" about the situation.
"Bastian and I exchanged thoughts about several things in the past few days but we talked about his position and his fitness," the Manchester Evening News quotes Low as saying. "We had no room for transfers in those talks.
"At this point, it does not interest me. Bastian will clarify his situation with his new coach after the European Championships. To me, he appears to be very relaxed."
Schweinsteiger marked his return to action from a knee injury by scoring in Germany's 2-0 win over Ukraine in Lille on Sunday at Euro 2016.
