Manchester United will reportedly have scouts present for the Serie A clash between Napoli and Cagliari this weekend to watch Kalidou Koulibaly and Nicolo Barella up close.
The Red Devils are said to have briefed scouts to keep an eye on long-term target Koulibaly, while Barella is also on their radar as they are on the lookout for another central midfielder.
Gazzetta dello Sport reports that United have ramped up their summer transfer plans and are keeping tabs on the Napoli and Cagliari pair in particular, with the players in action against each other at the Stadio San Paolo on Sunday.
Barella, previously linked with a switch to the Premier League with Arsenal and Chelsea in January, is valued at £43m.
Napoli chairman Aurelio De Laurentiis rates Koulibaly at £128m, meanwhile, which has put rival clubs off making a bid.
