Scotland international Kevin Thomson has become a free agent after being released by Middlesbrough.
The 28-year-old joined the Championship outfit from Rangers for £2m in 2010, but has struggled with injuries since his arrival.
Boro and Thomson have reached a mutual agreement to scrap the remaining 18 months of his contract, leaving him free to find a new employer.
Thomson, who was signed by current Scotland boss Gordon Strachan, played 47 league games for Boro.
