Team News: Jesse Lingard handed Brighton & Hove Albion debut against Millwall

Brighton & Hove Albion hand a debut to new loan signing Jesse Lingard as they travel to face Millwall in the Championship this afternoon.

Brighton & Hove Albion have handed a debut to new loan signing Jesse Lingard as they travel to face Millwall in the Championship this afternoon.

Oscar Garcia's starting XI features a front three of Lingard, Leonardo Ulloa and David Lopez, with midfield support coming from Keith Andrews, Dale Stephens and Andrea Orlandi.

Millwall goalkeeper David Forde has been declared fit to play for the hosts, having dislocated his finger against Barnsley, although Mark Beevers has had to settle for a place on the bench as he makes his return from injury.

Manager Ian Holloway has left his faith in Simeon Jackson up front, while Owen Garvan, Jermaine Easter and Martyn Woolford will provide the creativity from the centre of the pitch.

Millwall: Forde; Fredericks, Shittu, Lowry, Malone; Upson, Williams; Easter, Garvan, Woolford; Jackson

Brighton & Hove Albion: Kuszczak; Bruno, Greer, Upson, Ward; Andrews, Stephens, Orlandi; Ulloa, David, Lingard
