Newport County will play their football in League Two next season following their 2-0 playoff final victory over Wrexham at Wembley this afternoon.
It looked as though the match was heading for extra time until Christian Jolley broke the deadlock six minutes from time. The win was then sealed in stoppage time by substitute Aaron O'Connor.
"Words can't describe it. I'm proud of my team, of myself, the management here, all those here and all those at home who couldn't afford it," captain David Pipe told BBC Radio Wales.
"I'm glad we were underdogs - we've proved everyone wrong."
Newport had been out of the Football League since 1988.
