Aston Villa manager Paul Lambert is reportedly planning to move for Norwich City forward Steve Morison in the January transfer window.
Lambert, who swapped Carrow Road for Villa Park in June, signed Morison for the Canaries from Millwall in a £2.8m deal in the summer of 2011.
According to The Mirror, Lambert is keen to team up with Morison again and is willing to offer the 29-year-old a significant payrise if he decides to leave Norwich for the West Midlands.
Morison, whose current contract expires in 18 months, is believed to be available for a fee in the region of £3.5m.
He has scored 10 goals in 51 league appearances for Norwich.
