Team News: Aaron Wilbraham starts for Bristol City

Aaron Wilbraham shrugs off injury concerns to start for Bristol City against Oldham Athletic.

Bristol City forward Aaron Wilbraham will start for the Robins as they look to extend their club-record unbeaten run against Oldham Athletic at Ashton Gate.

The experienced frontman shook off a back injury to score a late equaliser at Barnsley last weekend and is again called upon by manager Steve Cotterill, who otherwise has no fresh injury concerns.

Jay Emmanuel-Thomas and Scott Wagstaff must again make do with a place on the Robins' bench.

Oldham, who themselves are in the midst of a 13-game unbeaten run stretching back to August, are without George Elokobi after he was sidelined by a persistent thigh problem.

Club captain Adam Lockwood is left out of the matchday squad by manager Lee Johnson, despite playing 70 minutes for the reserves in midweek.

Bristol City: Fielding, Little, Ayling, Flint, Williams, Bryan, Smith, Elliott, Freeman, Agard, Wilbraham

Oldham Athletic: Rachubka, B.Wilson, J.Wilson, Kusunga, Mills, Kelly, Jones, Dayton, Forte, Phillskirk, Ibehre
