Paris Saint-Germain team news: Injury, suspension list vs. Marseille

Sports Mole rounds up all of Paris Saint-Germain's latest injury and suspension news ahead of Sunday's Ligue 1 clash with Marseille.

Ligue 1 leaders Paris Saint-Germain welcome closest challengers Marseille to the Parc des Princes on Sunday evening for the latest instalment of Le Classique.

Mauricio Pochettino's side swept aside Clermont 6-1 in their most recent contest, with Neymar and Kylian Mbappe both taking home a match ball each following hat-tricks at the Stade Gabriel-Montpied.

PSG remain comfortably 12 points clear of Marseille at the top of the table and are expected to wrap up the title with minimal fuss, but Pochettino is working with a depleted squad at present.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up all of PSG's latest injury and suspension news ahead of the clash with second-placed Marseille.

Julian Draxler

Status: Out
Type of injury: Knee
Possible return date: Unknown

Julian Draxler recently went under the knife to address a knee injury, and he is now fighting a battle to be fit before the end of the season.

Angel Di Maria

Status: Major doubt
Type of injury: Hamstring
Possible return date: April 17 (vs. Marseille)

Angel Di Maria is making progress in his recovery from a hamstring issue but was not pictured in training with the rest of the team on Wednesday, so he remains doubtful for the derby.

Leandro Paredes

Type of injury: Groin
Possible return date: Unknown

Leandro Paredes recently underwent successful surgery on a groin issue and has been ruled out for the rest of the season.

Possible return date: April 20 (vs. Angers)

Ander Herrera had only just recovered from an eye infection before suffering a hamstring injury, and Le Classique is expected to come too soon for the Spaniard.

Keylor Navas

Status: Major doubt
Type of injury: Adductor
Possible return date: April 17 (vs. Marseille)

Keylor Navas is expected to return to training following an adductor issue before the meeting with Marseille, but the veteran shot-stopper still might not be risked for the contest.

Abdou Diallo

Type of injury: Adductor
Possible return date: April 20 (vs. Angers)

Similarly, Abdou Diallo is also dealing with an adductor injury, but he is not expected back in time for the clash with Les Olympiens.

Layvin Kurzawa

Status: Out
Type of injury: Back
Possible return date: April 20 (vs. Angers)

PSG's fourth-choice left-back Layvin Kurzawa has been dealing with back problems for a while now, and he is unlikely to make his comeback in the meeting with Marseille either.

PSG'S SUSPENSION LIST

PSG have no players suspended for this match, but Neymar is banned for the midweek meeting with Angers on April 20.
