Zlatan Ibrahimovic urges David Beckham: 'Join Paris Saint-Germain'

Paris Saint-Germain striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic tells David Beckham to join him at the French club if he wants to win trophies.

Swedish striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic has encouraged David Beckham to join him at Paris Saint-Germain.

Former England captain Beckham will be a free agent next month following his decision to leave the Los Angeles Galaxy when his contract expires.

That has seen him linked with a number clubs across the world, including Queens Park Rangers, West Ham United and Melbourne Heart.

However, Ibrahimovic believes that if Beckham is still ambitious then he should strongly consider a switch to the French capital.

"I am sure there will be many offers for him from clubs all over the world, but it is a very exciting project here in Paris and if he still wants more trophies then this is the right club for him to join," said the centre-forward.

"We can win the Champions League over the next two seasons with the team that is being built."

Beckham has also played for Manchester United, Real Madrid and AC Milan.
