Queens Park Rangers manager Harry Redknapp has hailed his team's "fantastic" efforts following their 1-0 win at Chelsea in the Premier League.
Shaun Wright-Phillips's scored the only goal of the game at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday night to give the R's a first away victory of the season.
"They worked their socks off and they got their rewards," Redknapp told BBC Sport. "We deserved it and it was a fantastic performance.
"They have set the standard tonight and to get out of this mess they have to do it every week."
The win has seen bottom-placed QPR move to within five points of safety.
