Former Real Madrid and Bayern Munich head coach Jupp Heynckes has urged Marco Reus to swap Borussia Dortmund for the Spanish capital next summer.
A clause in the 25-year-old's contract means that he could be available for around £20m, and he has been linked with a number of Europe's top clubs, including Real and Bayern.
However, Heynckes believes that the Germany international should ignore interest from the Bundesliga and the Premier League to join the Champions League winners.
"I would recommend going to Madrid," Heynckes told Sky 90. "Bayern have four or five world-class players up front.
"Where would Reus play? If he really has that clause of €25m, all the big European teams should go for him."
Reus is currently recovering from an ankle ligament injury, but he is expected to be fit when Dortmund return from their winter break in late January.
