Real Madrid will reportedly ask for Paulo Dybala if Juventus make an official move for Isco.
Isco's future has been the subject of much speculation in recent months, with the Spain international struggling for football since Santiago Solari replaced Julen Lopetegui as head coach.
According to Tuttosport, Juventus are keen to bring Isco to Turin, but Madrid will ask the Italian champions for Argentine forward Dybala as part of the deal.
Dybala, 25, has scored 75 times in 162 appearances since joining Juventus from Palermo in the summer of 2015.
This season, meanwhile, the Argentine has seven goals in 22 appearances in all competitions, including five strikes in the group stage of the Champions League.
Manchester City, Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain have also all been recently linked with the forward.
