Dagenham & Redbridge came from three goals down to earn a dramatic draw with League Two leaders Scunthorpe United at a rain-soaked Victoria Road on Saturday.

Sam Winnall's 14th goal of the season fired Scunthorpe ahead on 18 minutes, before Deon Burton, on his 600th career club appearance, made it 2-0 just before the hour mark.

Dagenham-born forward Paul Hayes extended the away side's lead further moments later.

Abu Ogogo sparked the Daggers into life on 67 minutes with a brilliant curling effort that found the top corner. Chris Dickson then brought the hosts right back into the game with 77 minutes on the clock.

With just six minutes remaining, the referee brought play to a temporary halt due to exceptionally heavy rainfall.

The game eventually resumed and Dagenham completed their comeback with a scrappy goal from Luke Norris.
