San Jose Earthquakes 0-1 Houston Dynamo

Houston Dynamo continue their perfect start to the MLS season with a 1-0 win over San Jose Earthquakes at AT&T Park.

Houston Dynamo have continued their perfect start to the MLS season with a 1-0 win over San Jose Earthquakes at AT&T Park.

Brad Davis converted from the penalty spot in the 14th minute, after a clumsy foul by Brian Ching.

Earthquakes created more of the chances in open game but Houston stopper Tally Hall remained largely unworked.

Marvin Chavez, Steven Lenhart and Shea Salinas all wasted good opportunities to score by shooting wide.

Defending Eastern Conference champions Dynamo are now in top-spot once again after taking six points from their opening two matches.
