Toronto can end a lengthy MLS winless run when they welcome the Vancouver Whitecaps to BMO Field on Saturday in the second all-Canadian matchup of the 2025 domestic campaign.
The Reds were narrowly defeated 2-1 by the New York Red Bulls last time out and sit second from the bottom in the Eastern Conference with just one point, while the Caps were beaten for the first time domestically in 2025 - 3-1 by the Chicago Fire - in their last engagement.

The Reds have shown little improvement on the back end, and they will have to contend with a quality number nine in White, along with an outstanding supporting cast of finishers and chance creators.

The hosts will be eager to bounce back from a humbling defeat against Portland Timbers last time out, while the visitors are chasing a third successive victory to maintain their strong start to the campaign.

With Colorado's struggles at home and Charlotte's difficulties on the road, this encounter has the makings of another closely contested affair, much like their previous two meetings, and could well end in a stalemate.

Atlanta United can end a four-match winless run in MLS when they host New York City FC on Saturday at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
An own goal in the latter stages of their previous match enabled the Five Stripes to claim a 2-2 draw with FC Cincinnati, while the Pigeons were held to a 0-0 result at the Columbus Crew.

The Pigeons hung on by the skin of their teeth last week, but they might find it more difficult to contain an in-form striker like Latte Lath, and Almiron likely back in the fold as well.

Fresh off the back of suffering their first defeat of the 2025 MLS campaign, DC United will be looking to bounce back when they play host to Columbus Crew at Audi Field on Saturday.
While the Black-and-Red have managed just one win from their opening five matches, the visitors are one of just two sides unbeaten in the East and could move level with first-placed Philadelphia Union with a win here.

Stick licking their wounds from their first defeat of the season, DC United will look to make an immediate reaction here and return to winning ways. However, the Crew have been tough to crack this season and we predict that they will do just enough to keep their unbeaten run in the league alive.

This weekend's Major League Soccer schedule kicks off with a clash of the Eastern Conference heavyweights at Chase Stadium, where Inter Miami will play host to Philadelphia Union.
Both sides have made excellent starts to the league season, with the visitors currently leading the conference standings with 12 points, while the hosts are two points behind them in third.
We say: Inter Miami 3-2 Philadelphia Union
Philadelphia Union have made a bright start to the season, but this will be their toughest assignment to date, as they now travel to Chase Stadium, where they were beaten 3-1 last season.
While Inter Miami may start the match without their talisman and skipper Lionel Messi, they still have plenty of firepower in attack, and we feel they will come out of this match with all three points.

Two teams with contrasting starts to the 2025 Major League Soccer campaign will aim to get the better of each other when Chicago Fire welcome CF Montreal to Soldier Field on Sunday.
The home side have collected 10 points from a possible 15 so far to sit fifth in the East, nine points and 10 places better off than their visitors, who are still awaiting a first win of the season.

Both teams have let in nine goals apiece so far, but Chicago Fire have found the back of the net with much more ease relatively. We fully expect the home side to have little issue seeing off their visitors en route to claiming all three points.

Still looking to claim their first win of the 2025 Major League Soccer campaign, Sporting Kansas City will be the guests of Dallas at the Toyota Stadium in their gameweek six MLS encounter this weekend.
The hosts occupy eighth position in the standings with seven points, while the visitors are rooted to the bottom of the Western Conference with a single point.

FC Dallas have not enjoyed the best of starts to the current MLS campaign, but they have shown competitive spirit since the start of the season.
However, they have not been assertive at home this term and are yet to claim their first win in front of their fans this season.

The home side will be looking to arrest their sluggish start to the 2025 campaign, after failing to register a win in five matches, while the visitors will go out in search of their first away win in the league since October.

After a successful campaign last term, the home side have found the competition much tougher this season.
On the contrary, Orlando City have enjoyed a much better start to the season, and given their recent record against the hosts, we are predicting that the match will end in a 1-1 draw.

In what is a first Major League Soccer meeting between both sides, San Diego will welcome Los Angeles FC to the Snapdragon Stadium this weekend for their gameweek six clash.
The hosts are coming into this encounter after suffering their first loss of the season against Austin FC, while Los Angeles FC snapped a three-game losing streak in all competitions with a 2-0 win over Sporting Kansas City in their last MLS outing.
