The recent goalscoring form of Jordan Rhodes could see him earn his first call-up to the Scotland squad.

Huddersfield Town striker Jordan Rhodes could be in line to make his international debut for Scotland next month.

The 21-year-old has the caught the eye of manager Craig Levein with his goalscoring form in recent weeks, according to BBC Sport.

Rhodes has scored 11 goals for the Terriers this season and added a further six for the Scotland under-21 side.

He was born in Oldham but qualifies to represent the Tartan Army, having attended school in Scotland.

Levein's side take on Cyprus and Holland in upcoming friendlies.
