Morgan Schneiderlin, Dusan Tadic out for rest of season

Southampton boss Ronald Koeman confirms that injured duo Morgan Schneiderlin and Dusan Tadic are out for the rest of the season.

Southampton manager Ronald Koeman has revealed that midfield duo Morgan Schneiderlin and Dusan Tadic will not feature again this season due to injury.

Schneiderlin has picked up a knee ligament problem that is likely to keep him out for at least a month, while Tadic has been sidelined with a groin complaint.

The pair will now miss Southampton's final four matches of the campaign.

"Morgan will be out until the end of the season and he will be out for four to five weeks," Koeman told Sky Sports News.

"Tadic is not available for the weekend, he's been struggling with groin problems for a long time and we've decided now to put him out of the team because he has to recover."

Southampton face Sunderland at the Stadium of Light on Saturday.
